OMNI has been engaged by our client, KBP Investments, to identify candidates for the role of Talent Acquisition Manager position in their Overland Park, Kansas headquarters (Corporate Woods.)  Recently recognized as the 2017 Champion of Business, KBP Foods is one of the Nation’s fastest-growing restaurant chains and one of the fastest-growing businesses in America.Their mission is to maintain a passion for excellence. Responsibilities

Their continued growth and acquisition schedule demands adding to their tenured HR team... they seek individuals who are dynamic "talent scouts" to serve as a Talent Acquisition Manager. The successful hire will be accountable for:

  • Ensuring a high touch, service oriented experience for each hiring manager and prospective applicant
  • Assessing and analyze the Talent Acquisition processes, procedures, and deliverables, resulting in improved outcomes
  • Engaging candidates throughout the entire Talent Acquisition process to ensure continued interest
  • Understanding the impact of hiring mangers’ needs, barriers, and strategic plans on recruitment success
  • Committing to do the right thing and create equitable processes for all candidates
  • Owning the demands of acquiring the right people, at the right time, and placing them in the right position
  • Welcoming change, generate ideas and take risks allowing for sustainable outcomes
  • Serving as the trusted adviser and coach to positively influence talent assessment and selection
  • Embracing the team around you to help make decisions and you recognize that winning together is better than winning alone.
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM Certification is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Software, preferably PeopleMatter, is required
  • Demonstrated success in a full life cycle recruitment function
  • Consistent and stable work history will reflect demonstrated commitment and competency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high capacity for influence among persons of influence  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrated success in a multi-task environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
