This individual should have a broad foundation in bank operations and technology with significant experience in leading successful projects and managing successful people.
The Director of Process Improvement provides leadership, direction, and support throughout the organization on projects and organizational process improvement initiatives. This role leverages emerging technologies and solutions to ensure continued desired operational and financial outcomes. They will proactively create solutions and make recommendations to utilize technology, drive process improvement, serve as advocate and liaison for Bankers and manage critical relationships with external technology providers.
