    For over 10 years, OMNI has served as the human resources business partner of Brunson Instrument Company. We have been retained to lead the search for an ERP Administrator to join their team.

    The ERP Administrator's role will deal specifically with the Epicor ERP systems implemented at Brunson - including Epicor Enterprise, IQS Quality System, Ecommerce, and Docstar document management - as well as any related technologies and applications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  

    • Develop technical solutions, integrate supporting technologies and manage solution life cycle
    • Develop dashboards, reports, and queries for business process owners
    • Implement any needed system modifications and expansions, new systems and releases
    • Serve as the liaison between Brunson and Epicor technical support teams to diagnose, resolve, and prevent any and all ERP IT issues.
    • Administer security settings at both the system and user level.


    • BS in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of experience with SQL server, application implementation and reporting experience with Crystal, SSRS, SQL and BAQ’s.
    • 2+ years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in application administration and maintenance of Epicor (preferred) or similar ERP in a manufacturing environment.
    • 2+ years of experience with ERP customizations including UI customizations, BAQs/Dashboards, BPMs.
    • Good understanding of processes and their dependencies within an ERP application: financial, engineering, purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing operations.
    • Demonstrated ability to discuss technical objectives to non-technical users.
    • Programming background desired, C# and .NET preferred.
