OMNI is honored to serve as the Human Resources business partner for BALDWIN.  We have been retained to assist in their search for a Merchandise Planner and Allocator to be located in Kansas City.

BALDWIN was created in 2009 by designer Matt Baldwin. While Matt and his wife ran their successful Kansas City boutique, Standard Style, customers asked for the perfect, American-made premium denim. At the time, the denim market had reached peak exposure with fast cycling trends. People longed for a denim line that was sophisticated with modern fits that embodied authentic, classic American style. Drawing upon the culture and roots of his hometown, Kansas City, Matt Baldwin set out to create inspired denim and ready-to-wear apparel that maintains its history and American foundation using impeccable craftsmanship and modern design.

In 2013, GQ Magazine named Baldwin once of the four best menswear designers in the country. BALDWIN then designed an exclusive 12-piece collection for Gap that quickly sold out around the world. Vogue Magazine, along with the Council of Fashion Designers of America, named BALDWIN as one of the top 10 finalists in the 2015 Vogue Fashion Fund.

Today BALDWIN operates company stores in Kansas City, New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, and San Jose. BALDWIN’s thriving ecommerce site,, and customer care team serve customers across the country and internationally. BALDWIN is also sold in over thirty best-in-class retailers.
