    We seek a Part-Time Bookkeeper to function as the company’s focal point for all general bookkeeping and related administrative duties.


    • Manage and ensure proper coding, reconciling, and posting of all company invoices, credit card statements, and related payables.
    • Manage and ensure proper reconciliation of all bank statements, credit card statements, and related functions.
    • Manage and ensure proper compilation of OMNI’s time-sheets and related documentation associated with the company’s payroll processing.
    • Manage client billing and ensure all proper backup is included.
    • Assist the Business Manger as needed to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.


    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with general bookkeeping, reconciliations, and account postings.
    • Demonstrated experience with Excel, Word and other general Microsoft Office tools, as well as networked systems in general.
    • Demonstrated experience and success working with Quickbooks strongly preferred.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, and demonstrated success in a multi-task environment
    • Attention to detail and follow through.
    • High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
