    OMNI is honored to be retained by Metropolitan Organization to Counter Sexual Assault (MOCSA) in their search for a Vice President of Finance and Administration. Reporting to the President/CEO, this position will be responsible for agency operations related to finance, risk management, facility management, human resources and information systems.


    Since 1975, MOCSA has been committed to providing therapy, support and advocacy for victims of rape and sexual assault, for sexually abused children and family, for adult survivors of sexual abuse, and for others affected by sexual violence. Today, MOCSA is a comprehensive service model that is unique and is recognized for innovative programs and quality services.




    • Provide Financial Oversight and Administration leadership including but not limited to operating budgets, investments, collection, and disbursements for all funds.
    • Establish a financial plan, while monitoring and measuring the financial performance of the past, present, and future.
    • Oversee IT and Telecom systems, and related activities around purchasing, inventory and maintenance.
    • Manage financial reporting, donor budgeting, and evaluation of the current financial plans and policies.
    • Oversee administration of HR, recruitment and orientation procedures, adequate health and other insurance policies/employee benefits.
    • Maintain relationship with building management, specifically regarding facility organization- including lease negotiations, facility repairs and maintenance, and ongoing communication.
    • Serve as a member of the agency’s Senior Management Team, addressing agency and community needs including policy development and strategic planning of agency.


    • BS in Accounting, Business, Public Administration or related degree required.
    • 5 year’s related professional accounting and leadership experience, preferably in non-profit sector.
    • Advanced experience working with Sage MIP/Abila or similar Fund Accounting software and Excel.
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s degree, CPA, 10+ years’ related experience.
    • Experience in grants management, budgeting and reporting.
