    OMNI is honored to partner with Towne Park in the search and selection for a District Manager to be based in the Long Island, NY District. This role will be instrumental in providing outstanding services to Towne Park’s premier client, Northwell Medical. The District Manager will lead a team of four account managers and 150 associates. The region will encompass Huntington, Chappaqua, Manhasset, and New Hyde Park.

    Responsibilities

    The District Manager is responsible for district performance for financial, guest satisfaction, client satisfaction and business development objectives. The District Manager works closely with the Vice President of Operations to ensure that corporate initiatives and Towne Park cultural perspectives are incorporated within the district’s operations.

    • Maintains knowledge of P&L, operational requirements and business reporting procedures affecting operational functions and ensures Towne Park policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance through-out the district
    • Hires, trains and retains Account Managers
    • Maintains regular contact with Account Managers to determine their progress in meeting the essential goals and objectives of staffing and scheduling at their sites
    • Ensures that all new hires receive a proper orientation and on the job training
    • Ensures uniform adherence to human resources programs such as pay, benefits, progressive discipline, rewards and other policies and procedures
    • Fully understands and utilizes the systems provided by Towne Park to control assets and expenditures
    • Understands and follows safety and security procedures
    • Ability to effectively plan, set priorities, and manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and a minimum of seven (7) years of related experience and/or training; OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
    • Multi-site leadership experience within a service related industry required
    • Demonstrated knowledge of general business practices including P&L, accounting, human resources and client relations
