Our client, a high growth, leading hospitality company seeks a Vice President, Operations to lead the Texas Region which encompasses Dallas, Austin & San Antonio. This critical role will be based remotely in ideally the Dallas or Austin market, reports to a highly-respected Senior VP and will provide leadership and direction to seven District Managers serving over 1100 associates and nearly 65 hospitality and healthcare clients.

The Vice President, Operations will be responsible for the market’s overall performance including financial, guest/patient satisfaction, client retention, employment practices and business development objectives. In addition, this role will allocate and direct resources as needed to ensure business plans, corporate initiatives, and cultural perspectives are incorporated in the market.
