The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Field Operations (Eastern Region) is responsible for driving and overseeing the overall talent acquisition strategy and process execution, within key markeplace cities including Kansas City, Nashville, Columbus, Atlanta, Miami among others, to ensure Towne Park is attracting and hiring top talent in those areas. Please note this role can be based anywhere within the region and is a remote leadership role that will include some travel.
Using knowledge of the external talent market and internal metrics, the Senior Manager consults senior leadership (operational leaders and other HR colleagues) to assess and communicate talent implications resulting from shifts within the business/industry. This role will manage and create a team of high performing Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs) and Talent Acquisition Coordinators (TACs) that will execute workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies.
The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition is a "producing" manager --a player/coach responsible for ensuring recruiting best practices are implemented and drives his/her team to proactively supply qualified candidates for positions across the assigned geographical area.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
