    The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Field Operations (Eastern Region) is responsible for driving and overseeing the overall talent acquisition strategy and process execution, within key markeplace cities including Kansas City, Nashville, Columbus, Atlanta, Miami among others, to ensure Towne Park is attracting and hiring top talent in those areas. Please note this role can be based anywhere within the region and is a remote leadership role that will include some travel. 


    Using knowledge of the external talent market and internal metrics, the Senior Manager consults senior leadership (operational leaders and other HR colleagues) to assess and communicate talent implications resulting from shifts within the business/industry. This role will manage and create a team of high performing Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs) and Talent Acquisition Coordinators (TACs) that will execute workforce plans and talent acquisition strategies.


    The Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition is a "producing" manager --a player/coach responsible for ensuring recruiting best practices are implemented and drives his/her team to proactively supply qualified candidates for positions across the assigned geographical area.  




    • Work with the respect to "company growth and best practice," performing duties without supervision by utilizing routine, prescriped operating guidelines, policies, and procedures.
    • Provide stragetic guidance anad solutions on recruiting issues within current and market trends in order to attract diversified top talent.
    • Lead a team of Talent Aquisition Managers and Coordinators (TAMSs/TACs), with recruitment services delivery and planning to ensure elevated capability and accountability.
    • Implement and measure recruiting metrics, delivering data regarding the identification/location of critical talent to determine investment strategies and programs as they relate to recruiting production and workforce analytics.
    • Execute comprehensive sourcing plans for open requisitions while utilizing the apllicant tracking systerm to post open positions.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources to build and preserve a continual pipeline of talent.
    • Propose corporate policies and implement operating procedures to retain talent.
    • Control, record, and allocate company budgeting.
    • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to establish minimun qualifications and experiences required for all open positions and conduct all preliminary processes for qualified candidates.
    • Provide professional development to managers, training them on recruitment and staffing protocol to ensure recruiting strategies align with the goals, policies and objectives of Towne Park.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field
    • Proven track record of buildilng internal/external relationships, sourcing candidates and filling positions timely and compliantly.
    • Demonstrated success (5-7 years minimum) of high-volume staffing or recruitment experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Previous recruitment supervisory experience in a high volume, high performing organization.
    • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with an ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), the internet, job boards, and application tracking systems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively address job candidates and associates
    • Ability to represent the company effectively in a variety of settings with a demonstrated understanding and appreciation for diverse cultures
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
