    OMNI has been retained by Woodside Health & Tennis Club, in their search for a Director of Facilities.  Woodside offers unrivaled amenities for health, fitness and wellness and a social atmosphere.     Under the general direction of the Managing Director, the Director of Facilities is responsible for the oversight of Club facilities by proactively working to identify and resolve related issues that impact the member, guest and employee experience.  This position is responsible for all building structures and maintenance; plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems; indoor and outdoor pools; fire alarm and fire suppression systems, security systems and related alarms, utilities, cleaning and sanitation; budget management and execution.






    • In coordination with the Managing Director, prepares specifications in order to obtain bids for various projects and evaluate contractors as required for hire
    • Works closely with the CFO to develop and manage short and long-term facility CAPEX and expense budgets
    • Oversees the overall functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, safety and security
    • Manages the general maintenance, repairs & cleanliness of the indoor and outdoor facilities, including landscape, furniture, equipment, pools, etc.
    • Maintains and manages safety and regulatory issues associated with the indoor and outdoor facilities, including OSHA, MSDS, Security, Fire Safety, Business Continuity and pools
    • Manage department revenues and expenses within budgetary guidelines, including inventory and labor costs


    • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, or Business Administration or some combination of equivalent work experience
    • 7-10 years’ experience working in operations and/or facilities
    • Experience in building operations and supervision of maintenance personnel 
    • CPR/AED certification
    • Valid driver's license or transportation to work and on occasion miscellaneous work-related trips of short duration



    • Facilities Management Professional or Certified Facilities Management designation
    • Health and Fitness Operations experience
    • HVAC Commercial Service Technician Associate of Applied Science
    • Aquatics facilities operator certification (AFO)
    • Certified Pool Operator License (CPO)
