    The Human Resources Manager oversees the human resources function for a designated area(s) of the company’s field operations. Responsibilities include training, management coaching/development, employee relations, staffing and HR compliance.  This is a remote position (Austin based) that will require regional travel.

    Responsibilities

    • Partners with District Managers to develop and manage succession plans for each market
    • Manages the Human Resources component of all site openings and closings
    • Develops recruiting strategies for all markets in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition department
    • Establishes market presence to build relationships with the District Managers and Account Managers
    • Ensures follow through on all associate concerns/complaints/grievances
    • Establishes appropriate rhythms with each AM and AAM to work on their development including those who need a greater degree of individual assistance and coaching
    • Participates in District meetings (via phone or in-person) as frequently as possible to maintain visibility in the field and communicate with constituents
    • Manages accountability of field operations to standards, policies and procedures
    • Delivers training to all levels of operations through classroom settings, webinars and one-on-one meetings
    • Ensures that effective new hire orientation programs are in place at every property in market
    • Ensures that workplace health, safety, security, and privacy activities are compliant with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 4 years' equivalent experience in Human Resources
    • 4 years' experience in a management role, preferably in Human Resources
    • PHR/SPHR certification preferred at time of placement and required once eligible for certification
