    OMNI is honored to partner with Towne Park in the search and selection for a Talent Engagement Coordinator to be based out of Nashville, TN.  This role will work on site at the Gaylord Opryland promoting and obtaining talent and related services.

    Responsibilities

    The Talent Engagement Coordinator is responsible for managing on-site talent engagement and developing acquisition strategies accordingly. The position acts as a cultural ambassador who provides talent-related services. This is a generalist position requiring accountability and ownership in the execution and function of Human Resources areas such as Talent Acquisition, On-boarding and Off-Boarding, HR Operations, Associate Relations, Performance Management, Training, Policy Guidance and Process Improvement. The Talent Engagement Coordinator will serve as a business partner aligned with departments within the business unit and a primary contact for all aspects of the associate life cycle.

    • Coordinate, administer and/or execute recruiting strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition department or third party vendor
    • Partner with business unit leadership to manage and oversee compensation and related site-specific wage tables
    • Explore and integrate best practice recruitment, staffing and development practices
    • Understands the goals of both Gaylord and Towne Park; and works to ensure alignment of related objectives
    • Cultivate quality relationships with internal customers and external recruitment sources, community leadership representatives and client human resource departments
    • Manage recruiting work-flow and candidate engagement to address hiring needs- developing key metrics and reports to measure recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
    • Resolve and ensure follow through on all associate concerns or complaints, working in close association with Corporate HR leadership to conduct internal investigations and determine if action is necessary
    • Partners with business unit leadership to develop and execute recognition programs for the site
    • Co-manage associate onboarding and ongoing development programs with the Director of Operations
    • Proactively assess business performance gaps and conduct needs based training as necessary
    • Reinforce Towne Park’s core values and behavioral expectations by modeling appropriate communication and coaching
    • Engage in succession planning with business unit leadership to build and leverage a diverse internal pipeline of qualified talent

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
    • 3+ years of human resources management and recruitment or high-volume staffing experience OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
    • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and various HRIS and ATS applications
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex legal, regulatory and human resources related documents
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively address all levels within the organization
