OMNI is honored to be retained in the search and selection for a Director of Operations to be based in Nashville, Tennessee. This newly created role will work on-site at the Gaylord Opryland and will lead and direct the activities and priorities of Towne Park’s site operational leaders and support team members.
The Gaylord - Director of Operations has direct accountability for a specific site within Towne Park (Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center) and is responsible for the effective operational leadership of the site to achieve financial, client and guest/customer satisfaction, client retention, employment practices and meet business development objectives. This position allocates and directs resources as needed to ensure business plans, corporate initiatives, and Towne Park cultural perspectives are incorporated in the Gaylord Opryland. The Director of Operations will oversee two managers and a team of up to 100 on-site employees.
