    OMNI is honored to be retained by CR3 Partners, LLC, to provide support in their search for a Turnaround Financial Manager to be based in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will come from a turnaround shop, investment banking, private equity, accounting/valuation background and demonstrate a high caliber understanding of financial modeling and analysis, general accounting principles and financial restructuring.

They partner with companies and stakeholders to support and strengthen organizations during times of transition, stress or distress.

    Responsibilities

    Our client is seeking results-oriented professional who can analyze company financial information, develop financial models and lead workstreams within a turnaround or performance improvement engagement. This role requires a willingness to travel 80% + and ability to work with imperfect information and chaotic/unstructured environments with little direction.

    Qualifications

    • Understanding of GL structure: income statements and balance sheets and ability to forecast
    • Accrual and cash-based accounting principles
    • Perform cash Collateral Analysis
    • Ability to develop a CR3 standard 13-week cash flow model and forecast cash
    • Ability to develop a CR3 standard liquidation model and scenarios
    • Understanding of standard costs/manufacturing variances
    • Develop a Creditor Composition Matrix
    • Strong Excel skills with ability to build Excel models
    • Develop fact-based conclusions based on sound business judgement
    • 5-7 years of expertise in the turnaround field or industry middle management
    • Advanced degree or certification preferred
