    OMNI has been retained by Woodside Village Management, LLC, in their search for a Property Manager.  Woodside Village is a mixed-use development with luxury apartments and shops set in a pedestrian-friendly town center in Westwood, KS. Residents at Woodside Village have access to the Woodside Health and Tennis Club, among many other amenities. 

     

    Reporting to the President, the Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the community, financially, aesthetically, and in resident relations. The Property Manager is also responsible for leasing and managing the day-to-day operation of the management office and the on-site staff.

     

    The Property Manager's schedule includes working regularly scheduled weekends depending on the needs of the community and upon the directive of the President.

    Responsibilities

    • Maximize the financial performance of the property via maximizing rents and occupancies, and minimizing expenditures. Operate the community within budget.
    • Ensure the community is aesthetically attractive.
    • Develop and maintain positive resident relationships.
    • Communicate with President and Owners/Asset Managers in a clear and timely manner.
    • Operate the community within the guidelines set for collections, occupancy, turnover, and resident retention.
    • Manage, train, counsel, and motivate staff.
    • Lease residential units and manage leasing agents to ensure the proper leasing, management, and accounting paperwork is completed and submitted on a timely basis.  Ensure client satisfaction for Owners/Asset Managers.
    • Vendor relations and management.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years’ experience in on-site property management (leasing, bookkeeping, etc.).
    • Demonstrated excellence in verbal/written communications.
    • Proven proficiency in MS Office and Property Management software such as Yardi.
    • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
    • Proven success in sales.
    • Flexible schedule, including after-hours emergency situations.
    • Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
    • Must be able to tour the community, including climbing stairs on a regular basis.
