    OMNI is honored to be retained by Legacy Brokers to assist with the search for an Executive Account Manager. Based in Lenexa, KS, Legacy Brokers is an independent health insurance agency with a mission to provide high-quality insurance products, sales service, and administrative support to insurance agents and their clients throughout the Midwest.     • Oversee quoting process and manage ongoing support processes and staff
    • Refine and develop new Standard Operating Procedure manuals for all processes
    • Analyze group health plan proposals (both fully insured and self-funded) and generate comparative analysis of results for prospective groups and existing clients
    • Manage new case submission process for all carrier partners
    • Provide ongoing support for existing clients, including claims support, eligibility, billing, etc.
    • Manage renewal process, including evaluation of claims history, liaising with agents/clients, providing direction to the Quoting Team, and monitoring progress for internal reporting purposes
    • Monitor and analyze claims data received on existing clients from multiple carrier partners, and work with lead agent/client regarding the impact on the plan performance
    • Conduct case evaluations with lead agents on all RFP’s to provide feedback to the Quoting Team about what type of policies to quote and with which carriers
    • Provide support for other administrative duties as needed


    • Demonstrated knowledge of self-funded group health plans, including comparing stop loss policies, level funded proposals and analysis of claims reporting
    • Experience with FormFire preferred, or knowledge of other insurance enrollment & quoting software
    • Proven experience with generating group health plan proposals using carrier systems
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues
    • Proactive with a reputation for providing outstanding support to clients
    • Self-motivated and highly detailed oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated ability to successfully multi-task efficiently in a deadline driven environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn other applications as required
    • Health insurance license considered a plus, but not required
