This position ensures day-to-day grantmaking and team practices that enhance quality, consistency and learning across grants, agreements, programs, and entrepreneurship-focused initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Director of Entrepreneurship, the Senior Program Associate – Operational Effectiveness responsibilities include program coordination, project management, analysis, and supervision of other administrative team members and functions to drive positive change in grant-making, programming, the community, and the overall entrepreneurship strategy.
