Chicago Title is seeking a dynamic and motivated Regional Commercial Sales Executive to join their team and expand their market saturation. This is a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients through proactive prospecting, utilizing network connections, and fostering trust to sustain customer relationships. This position involves daily communication with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met while continually developing innovative business strategies to expand the client base.

This position is remote in KS, NE, or the Kansas City metro with access to an office in Overland Park.

Responsibilities

The Regional Commercial Sales Executive is responsible for the following:

  • Develop client networks and actively seek and secure new business opportunities.
  • Proactively create tailored solutions to address all client needs.
  • Maintain close relationships with new and existing clients and create long-term and successful collaborations.
  • Analyze client needs and continuously follow their business growth for projected long-range planning.
  • Develop plans for client retention through various activities including meetings, phone calls, and social gatherings.
  • Provide quotes and negotiate pricing.
  • Assist in developing strategies that will lead to successful revenue growth for our company.
  • Stay up to date on new selling strategies and market trends.
  • Monitor competition and recommend new solutions for the improvement of service.
  • Act as point of contact for client meetings and inquiries including addressing and resolving any concerns.
  • Participate in events and conferences to enhance sales opportunities and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, law or related field.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated sales experience and knowledge within the real estate or insurance industries.
  • Ability to work as part of a cohesive and collaborative team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication including interpersonal and customer focused skills.
  • Energetic personality with a high attention to detail and the ability to self-motivate.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling.
  • Proven team player capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to frequently travel (50-60%) to client sites as needed.
