KidsTLC is seeking a BCBA (Programming/Associate Clinician) to join their team. The BCBA will be responsible for clinical case management including assessment and supervision of all clinical programming for assigned clients using Applied Behavior Analysis and ASD specific instruction techniques.

Responsibilities

Duties for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervise clinical staff, including professional development, performance management, and ensure adherence to program clinical expectations, policies, procedures, and processes through direct feedback.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, design relative treatment plan, goals, and programming in line with assessment results.
  • Design and oversee data-driven programming and intervention for assigned clients based on industry best-practice standards and progress made towards achievement of client goals.
  • Actively lead and participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities specific to both clients and RBTs.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in special education, applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • State licensure for KS and MO.
  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of ASD and ABA instructional methodologies.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or relative developmental disabilities.
  • 2-5+ years of experience working with children in an educational or clinical environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to express and exchange ideas effectively.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills related to behavior assessment and response.
  • Skills to identify patterns or connections between situations that are not obviously related and to identify key or underlying issues in complex situations – utilizing creativity, conceptual reasoning, and inductive reasoning.
  • Formal Supervision experience with professionals and/or BCBA/BCaBAs preferred.
  • Active in-network status with various private commercial insurance panels in KS and MO preferred.
  • Able to respond to crisis and conflict with confidence and professionalism.
