This role is remote and may be based anywhere in the United States.

 

The Financial Advisor Recruiter will play a key role in expanding our team of highly skilled financial professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top-tier financial advisors and a comprehensive understanding of the wealth management industry. This role is crucial in building a team that is not only dedicated to delivering exceptional service but also values a flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify, attract, and recruit top-tier financial advisors to enhance our high-performance team and drive the growth of the firm.
  • Conduct insightful interviews and thorough assessments to ensure each candidate exemplifies our high standards of expertise and professionalism.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, industry leaders, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience that ensures new hires are well-integrated and engaged with our team and company culture from day one.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to refine our recruitment strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Partner closely with our leadership team to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with our strategic business objectives and goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ demonstrated success in recruiting top-tier financial advisors or similar roles who have consistently exceeded performance expectations within the wealth management sector.
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting within the wealth management industry, including investment advisor compensation, transition management, and legal issues.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate our firm’s value proposition and engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to network and build influential relationships with potential candidates, industry contacts, and internal teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in leveraging recruitment software, social media platforms, and other technology to streamline the talent acquisition process and enhance outreach.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving industry dynamics and internal needs, with a proactive approach to solving challenges and seizing opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a reputation for possessing integrity, discretion, emotional intelligence, and enthusiasm.
