OMNI is honored to partner with TS2 Hospitality in the search and selection of an Executive Housekeeper to join the team at their Fairfield Inn in Warrensburg, MO. The Executive Housekeeper is a critical member of the hotel’s leadership team, responsible for ensuring complete guest satisfaction, particularly relating to the overall cleanliness of the property.

Responsibilities

  • Model and promote company culture centered around company mission and values.
  • Recruit, hire, and train a team of housekeeping associates in all aspects of housekeeping responsibilities including cleaning, preventative maintenance initiatives, safety and security procedures and guest service skills.
  • Manage professional development of housekeeping staff, reward excellence, promptly address employee issues and administer personnel policies fairly and consistently.
  • Plan work schedules and cleaning assignments to ensure rooms and public spaces are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner with minimal disruption to guests.
  • Track inventory levels and handle all housekeeping ordering needs to maintain inventory levels while ensuring costs remain within budget.
  • Manage room cleanliness and deep clean routines to exceed guest cleanliness score targets.
  • Manage staff efficiency to ensure labor costs remain within budget.
  • Handle other responsibilities as needed and directed by hotel management.

Qualifications

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to working as a team to deliver excellent service.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent guest service and working directly with guests to resolve issues or concerns.
  • Able to personally perform all duties expected of housekeeping associates including laundry.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills including training, coaching, developing checklists and how-to guides to ensure hotel processes and procedures are followed properly.
  • Natural ability to work independently and a skilled problem solver.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Able to handle stressful, high-pressure situations and conflicts in a calm, professional manner.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus but not required.
  • Physically able to perform all responsibilities including but not limited to bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to successfully pass a drug test and background check.

  • $16-18 per hour plus 5 hours per week of pre-approved overtime (overtime rate is 1.5 times normal hourly rate for all hours per week worked over 40).
