OMNI is honored to partner with TruPay in their search for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager at TruPay will work in a fast-paced quota driven environment, while utilizing a consultative approach to their sales process. The role is responsible for self-generating leads through prospecting, telemarketing, and sales database management to achieve monthly and annual sales quotas.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through networking, prospecting, telemarketing, and sales database management
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with referral sources, like CPAs, banks, and brokers
  • Demonstrate the TruPay sales process by consistently utilizing strategic selling analysis and process
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets
  • Record all sales activity in our sales management and CRM tools
  • Prepare and present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process
  • Determine prospective clients’ need for Payroll, Time and Labor Management and Human Resources technology, followed by presenting TruPay services to meet those needs

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a quota-driven, business-to-business position
  • College degree strongly desired
  • Excellent prospecting and new business development skills
  • Strong presentation, written and oral communication skills
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle objections throughout the sales cycle
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills
  • Effective listening skills and ability to form relationships with senior decision makers
