OMNI is honored to partner with TruPay in their search for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager strengthens our Core Focus and Values by being responsible for managing and coaching our sales team and meeting or exceeding the sales team’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Hires and trains regional and local Business Development Managers (BDM)
  • Organizes and oversees the BDM’s schedules, territories, and performance
  • Provides on-the-ground support for BDM’s as they generate leads and close new deals
  • Manages, develops, coaches, controls, and motivates the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
  • Ensures targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward, and individual recognition
  • Assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Identifies and analyzes potential client preferences to properly direct sales efforts
  • Develops and implements new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
  • Consults with potential clients to understand their needs; identifies and suggests equipment, products, or services that will meet those needs
  • Resolves potential client complaints, staffing problems, and other issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations
  • Meets or exceeds personal direct sales quota
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
  • Prepares sales budget; monitors and approves expenses
  • Acts as company representative at trade association meetings

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Ability and Requirements

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Sales planning and coaching skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
  • Techniques to meet sales goals
  • Ability to travel 20% to 30% required
  • Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends
  • Hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office/field and 2 days available to work remotely

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, sales, marketing, or related field from an accredited university required
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales experience required
  • Experience in HRIS software preferred
