The Director of Student Access and Compliance Services will lead and manage student disability and support services at Kansas City University, a graduate health professions institution.
Kansas City University (KCU), founded in 1916, is a fully accredited, private not-for-profit health sciences university with Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine, Biosciences, and a developing College of Dental Medicine. The University offers multiple graduate degrees: a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine; a Doctor of Psychology in clinical psychology; a Master of Arts in bioethics; a Master of Science in biomedical sciences; a Master of Business Administration in partnership with Rockhurst University; a new Master of Public Health in partnership with the University of Nebraska Medical Center; and seated the first doctor of dental medicine students in 2023.
The primary role of the Director will be to oversee student access and accommodation services, processes, and training. Secondarily, this role also involves structuring and overseeing programs related to student compliance matters, including background checks, student health insurance, and other program and clinical requirements. KCU seeks candidates who will be innovative, with the opportunity to develop and tailor programs to best suit the university's needs.
