Security Title is seeking a relationship driven and motivated Residential Sales Representative to join their St. Louis team. This integral position will further drive business growth in the St. Charles County territory by acquiring new clients through proactive prospecting, utilizing network connections, and fostering trust in sustaining customer relationships.

This position will report directly to and work collaboratively with the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Promote/sell/secure opportunities from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Demonstrate technical products and services to existing and potential customers, educating them on our processes.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to create value along with a long-term mutually beneficial business relationship.
  • Evaluate prospective clients or partners to assess their alignment with company goals and growth strategies.
  • Sell our services by establishing and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions, and matching them up with the appropriate internal resources.
  • Quickly resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Identify service improvements or new products by staying current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional groups.
  • Contribute to team goals by accomplishing individual expectations and supporting others through collaboration.
  • Attend events, meetings and seminars representing Security Title.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience with knowledge of real estate or title industry beneficial.
  • Existing or willingness and ability to obtain a Missouri Producer License is required.
  • Energetic personality with attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills and a high level of integrity.
  • Highly motivated to reach and surpass sales goals.
  • Effective time management with the ability to work independently.
  • Maintain an established book of business while continuing to cultivate new relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – both with external stakeholders and internal team members.
  • Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance and clean driving record required.
