We’re seeking an Industrial Painter II who will be responsible for applying industrial paint finishes on metals or products to meet the cosmetic appearance of standard products. If you’re ready to contribute to a leading company in industrial measurement, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Mixes paints, coatings, and other solutions while monitoring drying times to achieve desired finishes.
  • Operates spray painting equipment and other machinery to apply industrial paint finishes to metals and products.
  • Paints items by hand when necessary, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Performs minor assembly functions as needed to support production.
  • Adheres to all established quality control and safety procedures to maintain a safe and productive work
    environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field.
  • Proven ability to gain proficiency in specialized industrial painting techniques and processes.
  • Works effectively under moderate supervision, demonstrating the ability to follow instructions and collaborate
    with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and possess strong hand-eye coordination and manual
    dexterity
