We’re seeking a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator who will be responsible for assembling orders and preparing goods for shipment. Along with receiving product and performing transactions in Epicor to stock products. The ideal candidate is someone with strong attention to detail and who takes ownership of their work. Responsibilities

  • Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Collaborates and communicates with Production, Sales, Accounting, and Purchasing in the shipment and receipt of products.
  • Prepares items for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and creating shipping documents.
  • Completes daily inbound receiving of products, verifying against the Purchase Order.
  • Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes.
  • Maintains a clean, neat and organized work area.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Ability to be certified forklift driver to transport product and materials.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability tol ift 50lbs.
  • Ability to take ownership of work.
  • Ability to follow processes accurately.
