The HCM Support Specialist III performs all activities necessary to provide TruPay’ s national client base with system knowledge, while implementing the Payroll and Time and Labor Management features of the InspireHCM platform. HCM Support Specialists are committed to providing exceptional service to TruPay’s clients and are unique and innovative problem solvers that are passionately striving for the best results. Responsibilities

  • Manage large client accounts ranging up to 4 million in annual revenue as the main support contact for payroll, time & attendance, benefits administration, and human capital management solutions.
  • SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all 3 Core HCM Modules as well as standard add on modules.
  • Diagnose, research, and analyze system issues reported by client via phone, email, or TruPay staff to ensure resolution and/or escalation in a timely manner to the appropriate team member.
  • Lead resource for system knowledge and Mentor for Level II and Level I Support Team Members.
  • Complete daily department tasks/procedures and assures timelines for payroll, time and labor management, human resources, new set up requirements are met.   
  • Assist Training Department with developing/maintain content material for training best practices to clients for successful use of the applications.
  • Make decisions based on established, current internal policies and procedures.
  • Special projects as directed.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills. 
  • Proven ability to work with clients and create positive relationships on behalf of TruPay. 
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality as it relates to sensitive client data.  
  • Ability to multitask and meet timelines as related to department responsibilities.  
  • Basic knowledge regarding federal and state tax compliance.  
  • Displays the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Exceptional problem-solving techniques.
  • Make decisions based on established, current internal policies and procedures. 
  • Strong written & verbal English language communication and analytical skills. 
  • Proven ability to work with clients and create positive relationships on behalf of TruPay. 
  • Strong math/accounting aptitude and related audit skills. 
  • Project management skills. 
  • Displays the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and education beyond high school 
  • Understanding and use of technology/software 
  • 2 to 5 years of HR, payroll, and time & labor experience - Required 
  • CPP, SPHR, or equivalent - Preferred
