We’re seeking a Corporate Controller to lead company‑wide accounting operations in a fast‑growing, multi‑location environment. Reporting to the CFO, this role oversees a 15‑person accounting team and ensures accurate, timely financial reporting across an organization of over 4,000 employees operating over 175 locations across the U.S., while driving process improvement and scalable growth. • Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes, including review of journal entries and preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Oversee periodic financial reporting and analysis, ensuring timely reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, including hiring, training, performance management, and oversight of financial reporting and budgeting activities.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Treasury, Retail, IT, AP, and Payroll to achieve financial and operational objectives, ensuring teams are trained to support shared responsibilities.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of all revenue‑generating activity across company sites in accordance with US GAAP.
• Oversee fixed asset and lease accounting, including subledgers, ensuring accurate capitalization and reporting aligned with contracts, budgets, and US GAAP.
• Establish and maintain accounting SOPs to support strong internal controls and consistent close and reporting processes.
• Monitor site‑level performance and provide ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership planning and initiatives.
• Manage external audits and serve as the primary liaison with auditors to ensure regulatory and reporting compliance.
• Support the annual budgeting process and act as a liaison between corporate accounting and operations to proactively resolve issues.

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to utilize critical thinking and problems solving skills, with clear attention to detail.
• Highly organized with strong project management, analytical, and self-directed capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator, with the ability to partner effectively with leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Experience in public accounting, retail, and hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Oracle NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
